Gluten-Free Falafel with Homemade Tahini Sauce ~ Baked Not Fried

Gluten-free falafel with homemade tahini sauce is enjoyed equally by vegans and non-vegans.
Most falafel is deep-fried but to keep things healthy this recipe is baked, which means we can eat it more often. Most of the falafel I have found ready-made has wheat in it. This particular recipe has no flour at all and no added fat.
This gluten-free falafel is delicious dipped in Tahini sauce, which is easy to make and takes just a few ingredients.
