The rub goes on both sides of the fish. You can use any white fish you like just make sure it’s deboned. For our fish tacos, we use Mahi Mahi, Tilapia, or Cod.

We like to use lots of the rub.

Then the fish is grilled on both sides. You can leave the pieces of fish whole or break them up as you see here.

I honestly wasn’t too crazy about making fish tacos at home until my daughter made these for dinner one night.  Maybe it’s the seasoning or maybe it’s the fact that Tilapia and cod are two of my favorite types of fish; just know these are crazy good!

Another Idea:
Try a burrito bowl ~ with this seasoned fish, rice, sautéed onions and peppers, black beans, salsa, and guacamole. You’ll love it!!
