Homemade Tartar Sauce
When in a pinch this quick & easy homemade tartar sauce is a lifesaver.

Some folks even like to dip fish sticks in tartar sauce and then in cocktail sauce. Whichever way you like tartar sauce is exactly how you should eat it!!

Homemade Tartar Sauce   6-8 Servings
1 cup Mayonnaise or Vegenaise for egg-free~ Best Foods or Hellmann’s for nut -free.
2 Tbsp fresh or bottled lemon juice
3-4 Tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
2 tsp dried dill weed ~ crunched up a bit
1/4 tsp ground pepper or a couple of rotations of freshly ground pepper
Mix, chill, and enjoy!

- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice or bottled
- 3-4 Tbsp dill pickles finely chopped
- 2 tsp dried dill weed crunched up a bit
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper or a couple of rotations of freshly ground pepper
