The two popular fillings at our house are:
- Â Peanut butter no-bake energy bite delights
- The vegan chocolate chip cookie dough ball recipe is shown below
These treats should be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. We like ours best in the freezer.
To Make The Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls You Will Need These Ingredients:
- Oat flour
- Baking soda
- Salt
- Brown sugar
- Sugar
- Mini chocolate chips or regular sizes ~ such as Enjoy Life or Liebers if needed
- Coconut oil
- Dairy-free milk
The dough is divided into small balls depending on the size you prefer. You can press the dough balls into the chilled chocolate krispie cups. Or you can dip them into melted chocolate and freeze them for a crazy good treat.
These chocolate krispie cups are so much fun! Just about anything could end up inside these krispie shells, even plain peanut butter or a scoop of regular or dairy-free ice cream.
You could also make candy bar shapes with silicone molds, fill mini silicone cupcake holders, or use an 8-inch x 8-inch pan and cut into bars.
