These cookies are easy as can be and mixed up all together in one medium-sized bowl.

Can These Chocolate Chip Crinkle Cookies Be Made Corn And Soy-Free?
Absolutely; just check the ingredient label on the one-to-one gluten-free baking mix you are using. For example, Xanthan Gum, made from corn, is added to  King Arthur Gluten-Free Measure-For-Measure, so if you need to use Guar Gum, that particular blend will not work for you.

To avoid Xanthan Gum, you may need to make your own gluten-free flour mix and add Guar Gum instead.

Here Is An Example Of A Homemade Gluten-Free Flour Blend Without Xanthan Gum:

Mix these ingredients and use them as a one-to-one gluten-free blend. You can also try one of the combinations in my resource library.

  • 3 cups of brown or white rice flour
  • 1 1/2 cups of tapioca flour
  • 3/4 cup potato starch (not potato flour)
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon guar gum

What If You Don’t Want Crinkle Cookies?
For a regular chocolate chip gluten-free cookie, don’t roll the dough in powdered sugar before baking, and bake the cookies at 375 instead of 350.
