Meaty Chorizo Chili
A satisfying meal: Meaty Chorizo Chili has flavor above all the rest. I wasn’t planning on making a new chili recipe until I found this package of SIETE Chorizo Seasoning Skillet Cooking Spice in my pantry. I seasoned some ground meat with the Chorizo seasoning and used it in our chili. The subtle smoky flavor gave the chili a delicious, robust change from any chili I have ever had.

When serving your chili add some shredded cheese or chopped red onion on top.

We always serve our chili with cornbread and never tire of the combo. That said, dipping corn chips in the chili is yummy, too. There is a regular and gluten-free cornbread recipe at this link: Corny Cornbread.

Leftovers for both the chili and cornbread freeze perfectly.
