Low fat, high fiber, and full of antioxidants. This awesome recipe was created by my daughter.

Festive Superfood Oatmeal Serves 1
1/3 cup old fashioned oats, gluten-free if needed.
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup coconut milk, light or regular.
1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup raspberries
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 banana, cut in bite-size pieces
Cook oats with water and banana in a deep cereal bowl for 3 minutes. Mix with a spoon. Add berries, chia seeds, and coconut milk. Mix it up a little or a lot.
Weight watcher points plus for this breakfast… 8 points.
