Festive Superfood Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats gluten-free if needed.
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk light or regular.
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 banana cut in bite-size pieces

Instructions

  • Cook oats with water and banana in a deep cereal bowl for 3 minutes. Mix with a spoon.
  • Add berries, chia seeds, and coconut milk. Mix it up a little or a lot.
