To Make These Frozen Greek Yogurt Pops You Will Need These Ingredients:

  • Plain Greek yogurt ~ whatever percent of fat you prefer, full-fat or low-fat. Reduce the sugar if you use a flavored yogurt.
  • Sugar
  • Ripe bananas ~ no spots for Low FODMAP
  • Lemon juice ~ fresh or bottled
  • Pure vanilla extract
  • Fresh or frozen strawberries and raspberries ~ or any fruit you prefer

I smashed the bananas and mixed all the ingredients except the berries together in a bowl, then I carefully stirred in the chopped strawberries and whole raspberries. You could also use a food processor or blender for the first five ingredients then stir in the berries.
