- 2 Cups Plain Greek yogurt ~ whatever percent of fat you prefer -fat or low-fat. Reduce the sugar if you use a flavored yogurt.
- 2/3 Cups Sugar
- 2 Lg Ripe bananas ~ no spots for Low FODMAP
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice ~ fresh or bottled
- 1/2 + 1/8 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1 Cup Fresh or frozen strawberries chopped
- 1/2-3/4 Cup Raspberries ~ or any fruit you prefer
Grab 12 silcone popsicle molds, paper cups, or whatever you plan on using to freeze your yogurt pops.
In a large mixing bowl smash bananas and add all ingredients except for berries. Mix to completely combine ingredients.
Stir in chopped strawberries and raspberries.
Spoon mixture into molds.
Place popsicles in the freezer and allow them to freeze completely. Freezing could take 6-10 hours depending on size.
To remove popsicles from silicone molds I run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few minutes, or you can let them sit out at room temperature for about 10 minutes. To remove from paper cups just tear the paper away from the frozen popsicle.
