Gluten-Free Graham Cracker Toffee Nut Bars ~ Dairy-Free Option
Graham Cracker Toffee Nut Bars are in a class all their own. The whole pan vanishes within minutes. The biggest complaint I get about these toffee bars is that people can’t stop eating them!!

Thank goodness for gluten-free graham crackers; this creates a whole new world for “cracker toffee” options. This recipe can also be made with regular graham crackers if you don’t need gluten-free. Even the chocolate-flavored graham crackers would be fun to try.
One thing that I really like about this recipe is that the caramel ingredients for the topping are equal parts, so you can make as little or as much as you like. For example…a single serving!!
To Make Gluten-Free Graham Cracker Toffee Nut Bars, You Will Only Need These Ingredients:Â Â Â Â Â
- Gluten-free graham crackers (18 whole crackers)
- Butter (not unsalted) or dairy-free butter.
- Brown sugar
- Roasted, salted mixed nuts (or any kind you like)
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips or mini chips. Allergy-free if needed.
Options you can add on top:
1. Of course, not adding anything is delicious.
2. Â Sprinkle chocolate chips over warm bars and let them melt slightly while the bars cool, then smooth the melted chocolate over top.
3. Melt chocolate chips in a small custard dish in the microwave and drizzle over the bars when they are cooled.
Cut excess caramel away from bars if you prefer nice square bars. BONUS...Then you get to eat the edges you cut away!!
All three options are delicious, but drizzled chocolate is my favorite!
Store in an airtight container… if there are any left.
Enjoy!
