I made these cookies using a two-tablespoon measuring spoon since I have a large dog. For a small dog, I would suggest using a one-tablespoon measuring spoon and shorten the baking time by five or ten minutes.

- Sweet Potato
- Canned Pumpkin ~ not pie mix
- Water
- Ground turkey or chicken
- Lg Eggs
- Olive oil
- Brown Rice flour
- Oat flour ~ Almond is ok too
- Cinnamon
- Turmeric

Easy Ground Turkey Pumpkin Dog Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sweet Potato
- 1 Cup Canned Pumpkin ~ not pie mix
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 3 oz Ground turkey ~ or chicken
- 2 Lg Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Olive oil
- 1 Cup Brown Rice flour
- 1 Cup Oat flour ~ Or almond flour
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone liners.
- In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients together and mix to fully combine.
- Place 2 tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheets and slightly flatten. The cookies will not spread so they can be placed fairly close together.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. They should be firm to the touch.
- Remove cookies from oven and let them cool on a wire rack before sharing with your dog.
- I prefer to freeze cookies for longer storage, as they have no preservatives for a long shelf life.
