This Chocolate Chip Cheesecake is going to satisfy you from head to toe! It’s perfect for every celebration at any time of the year!
This is one of my all-time favorite treats. Every last bite is as rich and delicious as the first. The chocolate cookie crust adds another outrageously delicious element to this irresistible dessert.
Just look at this creamy cheesecake with all that chocolate! Seriously… this is possibly the perfect blend of two wonderful flavors.
You will need a springform pan for this dessert. I prefer the 9″, but a larger one will also work, just shorten the baking time.
*Note – This recipe can be made with a graham cracker crust as well. Use 1 1/4 graham cracker crumbs with 1/4 cup sugar and 1/3 cup melted butter instead of sandwich cookies. For a gluten-free crust, use 1 1/2 cups gluten-free graham cracker crumbs with 1/4 cup sugar and 1/3 cup melted butter.
To Make Chocolate Chip Cheesecake You Will Need These Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies like Oreos. Gluten-free option if needed.
- 2 1/2 Tbsp of melted butter
- 3 8-ounce packages of softened cream cheese
- 1 14-ounce can of sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3 large size eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup of mini chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp of flour or any gluten-free substitute
Here Are The Steps:
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
Crush cookies in a freezer bag with a rolling pin. Measure and transfer crumbs to a bowl.
Stir melted butter with the cookie crumbs and press the mixture firmly on the bottom of the springform pan.

In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese. Mix in condensed milk and whip it all together until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla and mix thoroughly.

Mix the flour with 1/2 of the chocolate chips and fold them into the cheesecake mixture.
Now simply pour the cheesecake into the springform pan.
Top with the other 1/2 of the chocolate chips and bake 50-55 minutes or until the center of the cheesecake springs back when lightly touched.

Chill until ready to serve. Remove from the pan and enjoy!
