Preheat oven to 350
Prepare muffin pan with silicone or paper cups or a non-stick spray.
In a medium-size mixing bowl add oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
In a small mixing bowl add mashed bananas, brown sugar, vanilla, and oil. Beat until creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
Add banana mixture to oat mixture and stir to combine.
Fold in chopped nuts, hemp seeds, chocolate chips. Spoon into muffin pan about ¾ full.
Bake for 20-22 minutes. Bake mini muffins for 12-15 minutes.
The muffins should spring back when lightly touched.
Store in an airtight container or in the freezer for longer storage.
