Ingredients

Canned black beans ~ drained and rinsed

Canned red kidney beans
I like the dark red best ~ drained and rinsed

Red pepper ~ diced

Green pepper ~ diced

Small red onions ~ chopped fine

Sticks Celery ~ chopped fine

Carrots ~ sliced or chopped

Instructions
Saute the vegetables for about 3-5 minutes in a large pot in a small amount of water or juice from crushed tomatoes.
Add all other ingredients except toppings. Stir well and simmer 45 -60 minutes.
