Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice ~ preferably fresh squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dry mustard
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground pepper
  • 1/2 -1 teaspoon Italian seasoning ~ optional
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan gum or guar gum is optional to thicken the dressing
  • Optional drop or two of Tabasco

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined. Store dressing up to two weeks in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
