Nutella Peanut Butter Krispie Bars
The tastiest krispie treats with a combination of rich scrumptious Nutella and peanut butter. Gluten and dairy-free options. Nut-free too.

- 3/4 Cup Nutella or a similar product ~ Chocolate SunButter is dairy and nut-free
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter ~ I used creamy Use SunButter for nut-free
- 6 Cups Krispie Rice cereal ~ gluten-free if needed
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 16 Ounce Mini marshmallows ~ gluten-free if needed. Dandies brand is gluten-free and vegan.
- 6 Tbsp Butter ~ dairy-free if needed like Plant-based Country Crock sticks
Prepare a 9-inch square pan by coating sides and bottom with peanut butter or butter.
Set aside 1 cup of marshmallows and 1/4 cup of Nutella.
In a large kettle melt butter.
Stir in marshmallows and continue stirring until they have melted.
Remove kettle from heat and add vanilla, 1/2 cup of Nutella, and 1/2 cup of peanut butter. Stir to combine.
Add the 1 cup of marshmallows you set aside and the cereal and stir to combine. As this gets difficult I put gloves on and use my hands.
Press mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
Spread 1/4 cup Nutella over bars.
Allow krispie bars to set before cutting.
Store krispie treats in an airtight container at room temperature.
