2ozlean hamcooked and cut into small pieces. (omit for vegan)
2lbsfresh sugar snap peas or green beans. Frozen is fine too.
Instructions
In a large electric skillet add about 1 Tbsp olive oil; heat it up between medium and high.
Add 1 heaping Tbsp minced garlic. Add 2 if you are like me and really like garlic!
Let cook about 3 minutes. Add finely chopped leftover ham, pork, turkey whatever you’ve got. Or go meatless. Cook another 2-3 minutes.
Add sugar snap peas or green beans and start tossing to cook evenly. Turn the heat up to high, but keep tossing so the veggies don’t burn.
Salt and pepper to taste as you toss. When the peas or beans are heated through…..dish is done and ready to serve. I like mine crunchy so sautéed to preferred doneness.
We eat large portions of vegetables, so our serving sizes might be larger than a standard measurement.
