Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise or Vegenaise for dairy & egg-free; Best Foods and Hellmann's for nut-free.
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice or bottled
  • 3-4 Tbsp dill pickles finely chopped
  • 2 tsp dried dill weed crunched up a bit
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper or a couple of rotations of freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  • Mix, chill, and enjoy!

Notes

Vegenaise can be substituted for Mayonnaise for egg and dairy-free diets as well as plant-based diets.
