GF Sesame Chicken In The Crock-Pot
Chunks of chicken breast in a full-flavored sauce. Serve with rice or pasta.

- 1 1/2 lbs Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breast cut in cubes
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Dried Onion
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch mixed with 3 tbsp cold water
- Sesame Seeds
Put chicken cubes in the crock-pot.
Combine honey, soy sauce, dried onion, ketchup, oil, and garlic powder.
Pour over chicken.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2 hours, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Remove chicken from crock-pot with a slotted spoon, leaving sauce.
Mix cornstarch with water and add to sauce in the crock-pot.
Mix well.
Replace lid and cook on high for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Add chicken back to the crock-pot and mix well.
Simmer on low until ready to serve.
Serve over rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds, this is optional.
