No-Cook Low-Sugar Freezer Jam

Ingredients

  • 4 cups berries crushed
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 packet Ball Instant Fruit Pectin (1.58 oz packet) or 3 Tbsp

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl add sugar and pectin. Stir until well blended.
  • Add 4 cups of crushed berries and stir for 3 full minutes.
  • Ladle jam into clean jars or freezer containers. Lids on.
  • Let stand for about 30 minutes.
  • Refrigerate for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 1 year.

Notes

**Recipe makes 5, 8-ounce jars of jam.
