Ingredients

  • 1 banana ~ less ripe for Low FODMAP ~ frozen and cut in chunks
  • 3/4 cup pineapple chunks ~frozen
  • 1/2 cup papaya chunks ~frozen
  • 1 Seedless Clementine mandarin ~fresh not frozen and peeled
  • 2 tbsp Unflavored collagen ~ I use Vital Protein Collagen Peptides
  • Optional Toppings:
  • 1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
  • Unsweetened coconut
  • Dried cranberries
  • Chopped Macadamia nuts

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or a similar heavy duty blender.
  • Blend on high until a smooth consistency has formed.
  • Pour smoothie into a bowl and add some toppings. I like to stir the frozen blueberries in because it maintains that “thicker” smoothie consistency I love.
