2tbspUnflavored collagen ~ I use Vital Protein Collagen Peptides
Optional Toppings:
1/2cupFrozen blueberries
Unsweetened coconut
Dried cranberries
Chopped Macadamia nuts
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or a similar heavy duty blender.
Blend on high until a smooth consistency has formed.
Pour smoothie into a bowl and add some toppings. I like to stir the frozen blueberries in because it maintains that “thicker” smoothie consistency I love.
