- 2/3 cup basmati rice
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lime
In a saucepan melt butter or oil. Add rice and lime.
Cook and stir for 1 minute.
Add water and salt, bring to a boil and let simmer for 25 minutes.
