Easy Chocolate Fudge Protein Bites

- 1/3 cup Medjool Dates when measuring the dates pack them tight, about 5 dates
- 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats gluten-free
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp cashew butter SunButter is an option if needed.
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 scoop Chocolate protein powder I use Orgain Creamy Chocolate. Use a brand that is appropriate for you. I like Orgain because it is Vegan and sweetened with stevia.
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips allergy-friendly
Cut the dates in half and remove the pits. Push dates firmly into a 1/3 measuring cup.
Place everything except water and chocolate chips into a food processor.
Process until ingredients become fine and crumbly.
Add water and continue to process until the water is incorporated well.
Dump mixture into a bowl and using your hands work mixture until it becomes a ball then work in mini chocolate chips.
Form dough into small balls using just under 2 Tbsp of dough for each. Or press dough firmly into candy molds.
