- 10 Mandarins/Clementines ~ peeled and frozen
- 1/4 cup red grapes or pineapple chunks ~ frozen
- 3-4 Tbsp non-dairy milk
Freeze peeled mandarins and grapes or pineapple chunks. I usually freeze mine all day or overnight.
Remove the fruit from the freezer and let the fruit sit for about 4-5 minutes.
Place frozen fruit in a Vitamix or heavy duty blender.
Add non-dairy milk and puree on high stopping and mixing fruit as needed until pureed into a smooth sorbet.
