Grain-Free Ground Turkey Vegetable Soup ~ Low FODMAP

Grain-free ground turkey vegetable soup is my favorite “go-to” soup that I know will fill me up and provide me with lots of healthy vegetables. I can also enjoy a big bowl of this vegetable soup without succumbing to a brutal stomachache after I have finished.

grain-free Low FODMAP soup with ground turkey and vegetables

To prevent SIBO reactions and to support Low FODMAP diets, there are no beans, lentils, or grains of any kind, yet this hearty soup is incredibly satisfying and flavorful.

The only seasonings I used for this soup were Fodmap Paleo Powder All-Purpose Seasoning, Fody Steak Seasoning, and fresh parsley.

To Make This Grain-Free Ground Turkey Vegetable Soup You Will Need These Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs Ground turkey ~ or ground chicken
  • 1 Green pepper ~ chopped
  • 2 Stalks celery ~ chopped
  • 5 Carrots ~ sliced
  • 2-3 Stalks Bok Choy ~ chopped
  • 4-5 Stalks of Swiss Chard plus half of the leaves ~ chopped
